Amy was a joy to work with. She lives approximately 30 miles away from the home I ultimately bought, and I was living approximately 200 miles away. She took the time more than once to drive to the home to do video tours and work with the seller's agent. She was extremely responsive and worked hard to make sure I got the home I was most interested in.

I have been so fortunate to have found Randall Nicholls after the passing of my father and subsequent need to sell his property from cross-country. We lived out of state (Phoenix, AZ) and found several lakeside home listings in various locations - including 3 states in the Ozark Plateau region. Randall was a Go-getter and had Heather working alongside of him to ensure we had all inspections, and final adjustments to negotiations and paperwork completed in time to close escrow as schedule.
